Manjinder Singh is a Principal within the Strategy & Transactions practice at the firm, bringing over 25 years of distinguished client service experience. He specializes in both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A), providing end-to-end support to clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle. His deep expertise encompasses financial due diligence, business integration, as well as business separations and divestitures. Manjinder is highly committed to leading from the front, partnering closely with clients and his team to ensure the seamless delivery of services and the achievement of optimal outcomes.
His extensive industry experience, with a proven track record in sectors including financial services, manufacturing, and government contracting. Manjinder has played a pivotal role in large-scale transactions, notably overseeing the integration of three companies across 28 countries and more than 100 legal entities, as well as managing complex transactions valued at over $12 billion. His ability to navigate high-stakes environments and deliver value to clients is a hallmark of his career.
Manjinder holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and an MBA in Finance, both from Eastern Michigan University. He relocated from India to Michigan in 1997, inspired in part by his brother’s academic journey at the university. During his time there, he developed a deep appreciation for the state’s rich culture and vibrant community. A passionate Michigan sports enthusiast, Manjinder remains a dedicated fan of the University of Michigan and the Detroit Lions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Manjinder is an active advocate for community service. He dedicates his time to volunteer efforts with the Northern Virginia Food Bank, supports Child Relief in India, and works alongside his wife, Manisha, in supporting the Women Empowerment Foundation. Together, they are dedicated to giving back to their community and fostering social impact.
An avid traveler, Manjinder cherishes his global explorations, with his favorite destinations including Vietnam, Seychelles, and Ladakh, which he refers to as “heaven on Earth.” His next adventure will take him to India as he continues to explore new cultures and destinations around the world.
