Andrea Hartman, a Director in SC&H Group’s Affordable Housing practice, has over 18 years of experience providing assurance, consulting, and accounting services.
Andrea also has expertise in audited financial statements, consolidated and combined financial statements, financial statements in accordance with federal or state agency reporting requirements to mortgagor, tax credit cost certifications, and various agreed-upon procedures required by federal or state agencies.
Her key areas of industry expertise include supporting both for-profit and nonprofit entities and affordable housing initiatives for:

- Developers
Andrea completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Maryland and her MBA at Loyola University of Maryland. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in Maryland and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and the Housing Association for Nonprofit Developers.
Outside of the office, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and dog, in addition to traveling, and from a wellness perspective, she enjoys yoga and time spent on her Peloton.
