With over 15 years as an Oracle-Hyperion certified consultant, Harris specializes in business advisory and consulting services. He focuses on upfront strategy and requirements to the intelligent process redesign that allows clients to produce insightful reporting, perform forward looking analysis, streamline financial processes, as well as align processes with the organizations vision for growth and other business goals.

Harris is a huge live music fan, and is an avid runner — averaging 20 to 25 miles per week — but when he isn’t on the go, he and his family love to spend time traveling and relaxing on the beach.

With extensive experience performing global implementations (of both on-premises and cloud) Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) software solutions, Harris has a strong background in project management and business process improvement – leading organizations through strategic planning/visioning initiatives as it relates to their financial systems and related processes.

From middle-market to Fortune 500 companies, Harris has helped clients achieve significant benefits from successfully implementing Oracle-Hyperion EPM and BI solutions. With a strong finance background, Harris’ key focus areas are in budgeting, financial close and consolidation, reporting processes and data integration. It’s his mission to help arm executives with the options and choices they need to be aware of to make the right decisions for their organization.

Active in the community, Harris remains involved with Kenya Connect, which provides cross-cultural exchanges of correspondence between U.S. students and children in Africa.

Harris holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University in Maryland, as a well as an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore.
