Since joining SC&H Group in 2008, Nick has proven business and technology consultancy services have the power to transform organizations. Managing both large and small teams of skilled professionals, Nick wears multiple hats. He leads the Data Analytics practice, which helps businesses understand how to turn their data into visually compelling, interactive reports that provide actionable intelligence, while also driving global deployments of on-premises and cloud-based enterprise performance management software solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. In founding the infrastructure services model to complement our Business Performance Management practice, Nick has developed a profound understanding of how organizations should modernize their reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and financial close.

Nick’s wide-ranging technical experience includes extensive knowledge of the Oracle EPM and Analytics Cloud platforms, Hyperion Planning/HFM, Oracle Essbase, as well as the data transformation tools used to facilitate complete financial reporting solutions. During his time with the BPM Practice, Nick has led the design of numerous financial planning and reporting applications, as well as the rollout of these solutions and business processes for organizations across a multitude of industries. He also strives to make efficiency and automation a goal for every engagement to simplify and minimize his client’s manual interactions with their solutions.

Throughout his career, Nick has dedicated himself to delivering solutions that yield real, tangible results to help clients run a more effective and efficient organization. The secret to his success is his ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike; and believes if you want to go far, you have to do it together.

A graduate of Stevenson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Nick has a highly technical educational background. As an Oracle-Hyperion certified professional, he has been a regular presenter at Oracle’s Kscope conferences, and was selected to speak at the Oracle Collaborate 2019 conference.

Nick loves cars, playing golf, and anything Star Wars related. When he’s not leading cloud transformations or defending the galaxy, Nick also loves spending time with his family—his wife, Sara, and two daughters, Lacey and Amber.
