Matt Ruff has been a part of the SC&H family since 2009. He initially joined the BPM Practice as an intern and has spent more than a decade helping our clients gain process and business efficiencies through Oracle-Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations.
As a Director, Matt works with clients to lead large-scale EPM implementations. He adeptly creates strategic roadmaps and assessments to guide the implementations towards success, as well as develops Chart of Accounts and Segment redesign projects – creating solutions flexible enough to meet the demands of a growing business.
At SC&H Group, Matt is an active member of the internal Culture Committee. With the help of his input, our organization is able to improve efforts in employee training, wellness, innovation, and recognition. Matt is successful in helping all companies grow – including his own.
A graduate of Elon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Matt has a strong financial background, and a passion for helping other people save money.
Matt is an active volunteer with Grace Community Church and Compassion International. He is a Baltimore sports fan through and through, and loves both the Ravens and the Orioles.
