Christopher brings over 15 years of M&A and capital-raising experience across emerging-growth technology verticals.
SC&H Capital, a leading investment bank specializing in M&A and other advisory services for middle-market companies, announced Roger Christopher has joined as Principal.
Roger Christopher has over 25 years of leadership experience, including over 15 years delivering M&A and capital-raising expertise to emerging-growth clients across the healthcare IT and industrial-technology verticals. Christopher has successfully completed over $5 billion in M&A and capital-raising transactions, including some of the most notable in the healthcare IT sector.
Christopher is a highly regarded professional with a unique combination of technology and investment banking domain expertise. In his role at SC&H, Christopher will add to our capabilities in the technology sector with a particular focus on expanding the firm’s client base in healthcare IT.

Prior to joining SC&H Capital, Christopher was a senior banker at Fairmount Partners where he led the firm’s Life Sciences Software and Digital Health practices. Before banking, Christopher led software-development engagements at Accenture and other technology companies.
Christopher holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union. He is registered with FINRA and is Series 7- and 63-licensed.
