SC&H Group announced today that Principals Erin Charles and Jeff Bathurst have been promoted to Director positions.
“Erin and Jeff are not only two talented individuals, but dynamic leaders,” said Ronald Causey, CEO and Co-Founder of SC&H Group. “We wanted to recognize their accomplishments knowing they will continue to help propel the company forward with their innovative thinking and broad experience.”
Both Charles and Bathurst are members of SC&H Group’s Innovation Committee, which is a team selected to oversee research and ultimately structure a framework for innovation within the company.
Charles, who joined SC&H in 2003, leads the firm’s audit, accounting, and consulting engagements for clients across multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, government, and technology. Outside of her work, she serves as the Treasurer on the board of directors for the Homeless Persons Representation Project. She also represents the finance committee on the board of directors for the Tyanna Foundation, and volunteers for the Baltimore Station and Junior Achievement of Central Maryland.
Charles is a graduate from the University of Delaware, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Recently, she was named one of the 2017 Leading Women by The Daily Record.
Bathurst, who joined the firm in 2012, directs SC&H Group’s Technology Advisory Services practice, helping clients strengthen their technology strategy and execution. Bathurst has served on the Cisco Enterprise Technology and Healthcare Advisory Boards as well as the Dell Platinum Advisory Board.
Bathurst earned an Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Baltimore.
