Dean Albanesi will bring his leadership skills, strategic mindset, and his appreciation for SC&H’s people-first culture to the role.
SC&H, a leading consulting and financial services firm, announced today that Dean Albanesi has joined as its Chief Financial Officer.
Albanesi previously served as a finance executive with Stanley Black & Decker, where he led a 200-member global controllership team for the company’s multibillion-dollar operation. In his role he was charged with providing leadership, financial controls, and effective partnership with business units to scale a standardized global controllership footprint with growth in profitability.
At SC&H, Albanesi will be responsible for creating and delivering strategic directives that tie financial results to sustainable processes that scale growth in a profitable manner.

Albanesi, who earned his undergraduate degree at Merrimack College while playing four years of varsity lacrosse, went on to earn his MBA from Duquesne University, focusing on accounting.
