SC&H Capital conducted an exhaustive solicitation process, which presented the financing opportunity to traditional banks, private credit funds, and alternative lenders. After negotiating with lenders, the ultimate transaction was structured to include an operating line of credit, a term loan secured by machinery and equipment as well as a subordinated term loan. The transaction structure provided a fresh line of credit with higher advance rates, which will support Comfort Research’s future growth initiatives.
