American Laser Skincare (the “Company”) was an operator of a nationwide chain of clinics offering minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Rapid expansion and customer acquisition challenges strained the economics of the business.
As liquidity tightened, strategic options were pursued alongside the wind-down of underperforming locations. Broad outreach was conducted to strategic and financial buyers.
Most locations were ultimately closed, and the Company’s intellectual property, including its customer list, was sold to its lead physician, preserving potential future brand use.
