SC&H Capital, a leading investment bank specializing in M&A advisory for middle-market companies, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Allergy & Asthma Consultants Incorporated (AAC) by an affiliate of Family Allergy & Asthma (FAA), a portfolio company of Prairie Capital. FAA’s affiliated management services organization (MSO) also acquired the assets of AAC’s MSO, Lanpher Management Company (LMC).
AAC is a medical practice of allergists treating patients in Greater York and Hanover, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1986 by Dr. Gregory Lanpher, the practice diagnoses, treats, and manages multiple conditions in adults and children, including but not limited to asthma, food allergies, environmental allergies, and sinusitis. LMC is a legal entity established to provide management and staff support to the practice.

The acquisition closed on August 9, 2021. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
