Jonathan Spivey is a Consultant on the SC&H Wealth team in their Insurance and Group Benefits practice. He joined SC&H in 2024. In his role, Jonathan helps clients manage their Health & Welfare benefit programs through financial management, hands-on client service, renewal management, vendor selection, and strategic planning.
Jonathan is passionate about working directly with companies to find solutions that help reduce overall spending and identify ways to enhance their benefit programs for their employees.
Prior to joining SC&H, he spent 15 years at the largest insurance broker in the country, working directly with clients to manage their Health & Welfare programs.
Jonathan attended Washington College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in American Studies. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys playing golf and coaching his kids’ youth sports teams.
