Prior to turning the project over to SC&H Capital, the bank utilized its own marketing process and received one offer in writing of $622,000.00 after several months. SC&H Capital identified prospects utilizing its marketing process and scheduled 12 site visits resulting in 4 offers. Negotiations resulted in a closing on an of $1,660,000.00 from Golden Investments LLC. The business continued to operate during the negotiations and was scheduled to undergo major renovations shortly thereafter.
