THE CHINA INN, INC. – SC&H Capital was retained by Ocwen Federal FSB of West Palm Beach, FL to market and sell the restaurant business and property known as The China Inn, Inc. in Washington, D.C. Prior to turning the project over to SC&H Capital, the bank utilized its own marketing process and received one offer in writing of $622,000.00 after several months. SC&H Capital identified prospects utilizing its marketing process and scheduled 12 site visits resulting in 4 offers. Negotiations resulted in a closing on an of $1,660,000.00 from Golden Investments LLC. The business continued to operate during the negotiations and was scheduled to undergo major renovations shortly thereafter.
