Keyon Communications has continued operations through a transaction with Skybeam Acquisition Corporation

KeyOn Communications, Inc. – This Las Vegas-based, rural broadband provider was owned by a private equity group that chose to divest the asset and retained SC&H Capital to facilitate the transaction.
SC&H quickly completed its marketing process generating significant interest in the company and eight offers. Ultimately, an offer for substantially the entire network was negotiated and selected. After a transition period, closing occurred with minimal interruption to operations.
