Coldwater Springs Bottling Company – After losing several key customers, ownership decided to shut down this 20-year-old bottling plant in Alabama. A few months later, SC&H Capital was retained to facilitate a sale.
SC&H’s marketing efforts resulted in over 100 buying groups looking at a possible acquisition of the plant. Several offers were made, and the sale process concluded with a lively auction that resulted in a sale of the building and equipment to Lasco Limited, a Jamaica-based manufacturing company.
