CERAMASPEED, INC – SC&H Capital was retained to seek an immediate sale of this machining center previously used to manufacture burner units found on the highest-end cooktops. The company was discontinuing use of the operation after losing supply contracts with their key customers and had no further use for the equipment and was burdened by a three year lease of the facility.
SC&H Capital identified 28 groups interested in the opportunity and site visits were conducted with 6 of these groups. Each of these groups submitted offers and an auction was conducted, maximizing the value received for the equipment. SC&H Capital also worked with the Blount Partnership (landlord) in assigning the lease to Surfaceigniter.
