Parker Tide was founded in 2005 by former Naval officer, Tony Parker, who had grown the Company for over 20 years, and wanted to transition Parker Tide to a suitable steward to usher in the next era of growth and success.
The SC&H team guided Parker Tide through an M&A process to evaluate multiple potential strategic and financial options. The Company determined a partnership with FON Advisors was the best path to achieve their goals.
