Fourth Dimension had recently won a highly-valued prime, full and open contract, and from this win was projecting significant growth. SC&H was hired to assess acquisition inquiries and create a competitive dynamic to maximize value for the shareholders.
SC&H designed an M&A process that evaluated a select group of highly qualified potential buyers who would appreciate the strategic importance of Fourth Dimension’s capabilities, competitive position and growth potential.
Fourth Dimension ultimately selected Arlington Capital backed strategic buyer Polaris Alpha, who had a demonstrated strategic interest, the financial wherewithal to complete a transaction in the most favorable timeframe with the greatest cultural fit for the management and employees of the Company.
