The buyer, PSE Group, is a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners and a leading distributor of automotive and industrial paint, coatings, and related products with over 75 locations across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast.
The transaction provides Color Systems with a larger platform and access to capital to support its continued growth while expanding PSE Group’s geographic footprint into the Greater New England region.
