Reines RV Center is a family owned network of RV dealerships and service centers with two dealerships in Manassas and Ashland, Virginia.
The Reines family had received inbound interest in the dealership and engaged SC&H to evaluate the inbound offers, and if determined suitable, negotiate a sale of the business. In addition to facilitating the M&A process, SC&H worked with management throughout diligence and negotiations to ensure the optimal outcome was achieved for all stakeholders including the ownership family and employees. The transaction successfully transitioned the family owned business to a large, strategic buyer in Camping World (NYSE:CWH) with the market knowledge and financial resources to provide for continued expansion in the Virginia market and shared commitment to providing quality customer service. For Camping World, the Reines RV Center acquisition further expanded the Company’s market footprint, increasing their presence in the state of Virginia to six locations.
