Grand Soleil-Natchez, LLC has continued operations through a transaction with RJB Financial, LLC

GRAND SOLEIL-NATCHEZ, LLC – SC&H Capital was retained to find a buyer for this hotel property and approved casino site overlooking the Mississippi River.  The opportunity was not very attractive due to several other casino properties already in operation or under construction in the area.  There was also no certainty that a buyer would be granted final permits to move forward with casino construction.  Even under these circumstances, SC&H Capital generated enough interest to conduct an auction with 3 qualified bidders, resulting in court approval of both winning and backup bidders, and a sale closed with RJB Financial.
