Two New Principals Bring More Than 40 Years Combined Expertise to New Office
SC&H Group, a leading audit, tax, and consulting firm, is expanding its State & Local Tax practice by opening its latest office in Phoenix, Ariz., to further support its national client base. SC&H’s Phoenix office will be led by Mike Rischard and Eric Phillips, who recently joined the Firm as Principals in the Personal Property Tax services group.
Rischard and Phillips bring more than 40 years of combined expertise in property tax services, which will help further advance the momentum the Firm has achieved as a leader in this arena.
Rischard and Phillips formerly worked for ePropertyTax, Inc., which was acquired by Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. At Thomson Reuters, they led the preparation of more than 60,000 annual returns, managed the assessments and bills for more than 20,000 real estate parcels, as well as supported the payment of more than $500 million annual tax bills. They also provided best practices, property tax accrual accounting, and software usage training to their clients.
