SC&H Capital won the Cross Border Special Situation M&A Award for P-D Valmiera Glass USA Corp’s sale to Saint-Gobain Adfors America, a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain; and the Small-Cap Senior Care and Nursing Award for Safe Haven Health Care sale to Cascadia Real Estate, subsidiary of Cascadia Healthcare.
