Founded in 2014, CAPInnoVet is an Atlanta-based companion animal health products company with the mission to provide better access to high-quality and affordable pet medications to the veterinary market. With three decades of experience, the CAPInnoVet team leverages its deep knowledge and industry trends to bring innovative and differentiated animal health products to the marketplace.
NEOGEN’s acquisition of CAPInnoVet provides entry into the fast-growing $12B+ retail parasiticide market. CAPInnoVet will integrate into NEOGEN’s Animal Safety business segment, which includes veterinary instruments, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and diagnostic products.
