Acquisition Expands Xator’s Cyber Security Capabilities and Reach into the Intelligence Community
SC&H Capital, an investment banking and advisory firm focused on middle market and growth companies, served as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders and Board of Directors of Sage Management Enterprises, LLC (“Sage” or “the Company”) in its sale to Xator Corporation.
Headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, Sage is a leading provider of software engineering, cyber security solutions, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) services to the federal government. Key customers include the Intelligence Community and various other agencies within the Department of Defense.
