Corwin Health Physics was founded by Jeremy Corwin in 2000 and is a provider of medical physics consulting services based in Centralia, Washington. The Company provides a comprehensive suite of diagnostic medical physics services to healthcare organizations and is a leading medical physics provider across the Pacific Northwest. The acquiror, One Physics, is the largest outsourced provider of diagnostic and therapy medical physics services in North America. One Physics serves a client base of over 7,000 hospitals, imaging facilities, cancer care centers, and other healthcare providers.

The sale of Corwin Health Physics is the most recent successful sell side advisory engagement in the medical physics sector for SC&H Capital having previously advised on six other transactions in the segment. Carney Badley Spellman, PS acted as legal counsel to Corwin Health Physics. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
