SC&H Capital, a leading investment bank specializing in M&A advisory for middle-market companies, is pleased to announce that its client, Chamberlain Contractors, Inc. (“Chamberlain”), has been acquired by Pavement Partners, a portfolio company of Shoreline Equity Partners.
Chamberlain, founded by Harold Green in 1976 and based in Laurel, Maryland, specializes in providing various asphalt and concrete solutions including maintenance, repair, milling, seal coating, and striping services to commercial and multi-family residential real estate owners. The company’s operations span the Mid-Atlantic region, serving customers in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia. Pavement Partners, a platform investment of Shoreline Equity Partners, was formed in June 2021 with the acquisition of Finley Asphalt & Concrete and is focused on building a nationwide provider of high-quality paving services.
