Consulting and financial services firm invests in modern collaborative workspace to support continued growth
Hunt Valley, Md. (March 3, 2026) – SC&H, a global consulting and financial services firm, has relocated its headquarters to Hunt Valley, investing in a modern workspace that continues to drive the firm’s expansion and reinforces its operations in the Baltimore region.
“After 19 years in Sparks, we needed a headquarters built for how we work today and where we’re headed tomorrow,” said Pritpal Kalsi, CEO of SC&H. “This move strengthens our presence in the region while giving our colleagues the space and tools they need to collaborate and serve clients well. We’re building a firm that works for our people, and this headquarters reflects that commitment.”
The new headquarters, located at 226 Schilling Circle, Suite 300, provides approximately 20K square feet of workspace designed for collaboration and client engagement. Its advanced tech infrastructure enables seamless interaction whether colleagues are on-site or connecting remotely, enhancing both service delivery and team productivity.
The office also includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a cafe, and expanded conference and breakout spaces.
Hunt Valley’s business district provides access to major transportation corridors, dining and retail amenities, and connections to downtown Baltimore via I-83 and light rail. The location offers improved accessibility for clients and colleagues while positioning SC&H in an established regional business hub.
SC&H partnered with Merritt Properties and NFD interior planning + design to design and construct the office location.
The headquarters relocation follows SC&H’s expansion into Chicago and Philadelphia, the opening of an international office in Gurugram, India, and continued growth in Howard County, MD, and Tysons, VA.
