The additions of Rick and Mike bring to the firm over 50 years of combined expertise in corporate finance, investment banking, and capital markets transactions. Rick’s extensive experience in debt capital markets and Mike’s proven ability to structure creative financial solutions, particularly within sponsor coverage, will be instrumental in expanding SC&H Capital’s capabilities and providing enhanced value to its middle market clients seeking sophisticated capital solutions.

Rick Zytkowicz brings over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, and strategic advisory services to SC&H Capital’s growing leadership team. In his new role, Rick will focus on advising privately held and family-owned businesses across a range of industries, with an emphasis on debt capital markets transactions. Leveraging his extensive institutional debt and equity relationships, Rick will play a critical role in sourcing, structuring, and negotiating capital markets transactions on behalf of SC&H clients.
Prior to joining SC&H Capital, Rick held senior positions at prominent firms including Arthur Andersen, Houlihan Lokey, and Loughlin Management Partners. Throughout his career, he has advised on more than $2 billion in transactions across sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, transportation and logistics, healthcare, and business services. Known for his hands-on approach and trusted relationships, Rick has earned a reputation as a valued advisor to business owners and executive teams.
Rick holds a B.S. in Accounting with honors from Wilkes University and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). He is also a CPA, CIRA, and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
Mike Grabenstein has more than 20 years of experience in corporate development and investment banking. He specializes in crafting creative financial solutions for sellers and borrowers in a variety of transactions including equity and debt capital markets, asset divestitures, special situations, recapitalizations, and M&A.
At SC&H Capital, Mike will lead the firm’s sponsor coverage efforts and will be involved in sourcing and executing M&A and capital markets transactions. Recognized for his ability to develop tailored capital solutions, Mike has extensive experience across industries such as energy, energy transition, industrial services, environmental services, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation and logistics.
Mike earned a degree in Finance from LaSalle University and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He holds FINRA Series 7, 79, and 66 licenses.
