SciLucent provides regulatory, scientific, and management consulting services to healthcare product companies that manufacture and/or market pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, combination products, and dietary supplement ingredients. Since its founding in 1998, the Company has provided clients with innovative strategies and exceptional quality work products intended to enhance product development, approval, and marketing presence.

The transaction was led by Greg Hogan at SC&H Capital. Scott Meza of Greenberg Traurig served as legal counsel to the company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
