Founded in 1950 and based in York, Pennsylvania, Reisinger Poultry is a family-owned and operated wholesale distributor of poultry, meat and other food service products and supplies to a diverse customer base across Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.
Over its 75-year history, the Company has built a strong reputation for product quality and excellent customer service resulting in long-standing customer relationships in the retail and food service sectors. The buyer, Affiance Partners, is a Central Pennsylvania-based family office of the Stillman Family. Reisinger represents the most recent investment for Affiance in the food segment that also includes Wolfgang Confectioners and The Warrell Corporation, amongst others.
