Thomas Simkiss, Vice President of Cloud Applications, has more than 20 years of experience advising organizations on Oracle Fusion Applications implementation and ERP strategy. Thomas partners with clients to leverage Oracle Cloud solutions that drive operational efficiency and meaningful business transformation.
In his role, Thomas focuses on growing the firm’s Oracle Fusion Applications practice, guiding clients through complex implementations from initial strategy to successful go-live. His work spans the full project lifecycle, delivering technically sound, outcome-driven solutions tailored to each organization’s specific needs.
Thomas’s client-first philosophy is grounded in accountability and believes that great consulting means delivering on every commitment made. His delivery experience spans Financial Services, Healthcare, Not-for-Profit, Public Sector, manufacturing, and distribution, giving him a versatile foundation to address diverse client challenges with confidence and credibility.
Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. He is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania, an Oracle ACE Professional, and an Oracle General Ledger Implementation Specialist (2024).
Outside of work, Thomas finds his greatest joy in family and community. He is a proud husband and father of four sons, and volunteering as a coach in baseball, football, and basketball for all four boys has been among the most rewarding experiences of his life. He also enjoys golf and a good book.
