Stacy Gretz, Principal on the SC&H Wealth team, has been with the firm for more than 15 years, and specializes in individual income tax compliance and estate and trust administration.
Stacy truly enjoys working with individuals and families to address the very personal topics of finance and taxes. Her area of expertise is in the administration and maintaining tax compliance of estates and trusts. Stacy assists clients through the entire process of administering an estate – from the probate process, to gathering and retitling assets, and even the taxes and distribution of assets.
Her involvement with the firm includes the implementation of paperless return preparation procedures, workflow software implementation and procedures and the training of a 40+ person income tax department.
Stacy received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Towson University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in Maryland. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). Stacy is also a member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council, and a member of the New Young Professionals Network in the MACPA. Stacy was recently named as an MACPA Women to Watch 2021 Reward Recipient.
Stacy is the lead representative of SC&H’s volunteer initiative with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Baltimore. She also volunteers regularly with Junior Achievement of Central Maryland.
Outside of work, Stacy enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with her family, and seeking out thrills at amusement parks.
