Principal

Sarah Reeves, a Principal in SC&H Group’s Tax Services practice, has been with the firm since 2004 and brings extensive experience in federal and multistate income tax compliance and consulting. She focuses on helping clients navigate complex corporate tax structures, meet Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740) requirements, and manage international tax informational reporting obligations.

In her role, Sarah supports organizations by offering strategic guidance across a wide range of tax matters and developing solutions that strengthen compliance and operational efficiency. She works closely with clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, professional services, and manufacturing, ensuring their tax strategies align with both regulatory requirements and long-term business goals.

Sarah is passionate about serving her clients and finding ways to simplify their tax responsibilities. She is committed to identifying planning opportunities that improve outcomes and make clients’ lives easier. Her approach is rooted in responsiveness, clarity, and an understanding that tax functions play a critical role in overall business success.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of both the AICPA and MACPA.

Outside of work, Sarah is deeply involved with Crosswind Church, where she teaches Sunday school and supports community outreach initiatives. She loves spending time with her four children and being a part of their activities, from competitive dance to robotics. She also enjoys cooking and hosting large family gatherings, creating space for connection and community.
