Sarah Martin, Payroll Manager, joined SC&H in September 2020. Providing payroll services, Sarah brings a strong analytical and problem-solving approach to her work. She works with a diverse range of clients, including non-profits, IT companies, energy firms, and life sciences organizations.
Sarah is always looking to help her clients maximize efficiency, whether it’s finding the right HRIS or payroll software to training their teams. She thrives on problem-solving, striving to simplify complex processes and improve the overall work experience for her clients.
Outside of work, Sarah is an avid gardener and enjoys exploring different cultures through travel. She’s also committed to giving back to her community, serving on the Board of the Baltimore Wellesley Club, including a term as President, and a dedicated Red Cross blood donor.
