Ryan McQueeney joins SC&H as a Principal in the Accounting Solutions practice. He is a CFO with specific expertise in startup and venture-backed businesses. With a strong foundation in public accounting, he brings both practical accounting expertise and financial and controller leadership experience. Ryan also brings the strategic thinking that comes from his MBA and a patient, level-headed demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Prior to joining SC&H, Ryan served as the managing principal of MCQ Advisory, LLC, a management consulting firm focusing on finance and operations. He has also held CFO roles at Hull Street Energy and the venture-backed startup RedOwl. He started his career with more than a decade in public accounting across the real estate, technology, and healthcare sectors. Ryan also serves on the board of advisors for the workforce consulting firm exaqueo LLC.
Ryan earned his MBA from Loyola University Maryland and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
In addition, Ryan served his community as a member of the Board of Directors, Audit & Finance Committee Chair, and Executive Committee Member of Behavioral Health Systems Baltimore. Ryan also volunteers as a coach of college-bound softball teams in central Maryland.
