Reid Ronayne is a Senior Manager with SC&H Group’s Technology Advisory practice and brings over 11 years of experience in the IT industry. He initially joined SC&H in 2016 on the internal IT team before transitioning into a consultative role within the Technology Advisory practice. Since joining the firm, Reid has supported clients through strategic IT leadership, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen operations and protect against risk.
With a core focus on traditional IT infrastructure and security, Reid helps organizations build resilient environments that support long-term growth. He works closely with nonprofit, manufacturing, and construction clients to assess technology needs, implement secure systems, and provide tailored guidance that aligns IT with business strategy. Reid is also passionate about the human element of technology—he enjoys connecting with others, learning from their experiences, and serving as a mentor whenever possible. His approachable style and deep technical expertise make him a trusted advisor across a broad range of client challenges.
Reid earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a master’s degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Information Assurance from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Outside of work, Reid enjoys spending time with his family and tackling homestead projects.
