Namrata Maguire brings over 25 years of financial and strategic leadership to SC&H. As a fractional CFO, she works side-by-side with business owners and executive teams to strengthen financial operations, drive growth, and build long-term enterprise value.
Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, Namrata takes a resourceful and relationship-driven approach. She helps organizations make the most of their resources, offering practical solutions and strategic insights. Her experience spans multiple industries, including nonprofits, consumer goods, health and wellness, professional services, manufacturing, clean energy, and education. She has experience with start-ups, turnarounds and middle market companies.
Her areas of expertise include:
- Strategic and business planning using data analytics
- Financial planning and reporting, including budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and management reports
- Cash flow management and transaction support
- Capital raising and investor/board relations
- Optimization of systems, people and processes
- Coaching and training for management and finance teams
She holds a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University and an MA in International Business from Columbia University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Outside of work, Namrata is committed to service and mentorship. She is the Finance Chair for Out Teach and volunteers with local schools and universities to promote financial literacy among youth. She also holds a certification in holistic health counseling and enjoys yoga, hiking, and preparing healthy meals with family and friends.
