Mike is a Principal with SC&H Capital, where he tackles critical challenges faced by lower middle market companies. Bringing over 25 years of financial expertise to SC&H, Mike has spent the last 20 years leading M&A and capital raising for companies in transition at both boutique and national firms. From mergers and acquisitions to navigating complex turnarounds, he’s executed over 55 transactions across various industries, both in and out of bankruptcy sale processes.
Understanding the uniqueness of each transaction, Mike and his team focus on providing a smooth and efficient process, aiming for the best possible outcomes. This means getting creative to maximize the value for all stakeholders and ultimately preserve the client’s operations.
Mike is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
Mike received his MBA from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University, and his B.S. in Management from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY.
Outside of SC&H, Mike enjoys reading and listening to podcasts on investing and the financial markets, attempting to improve his golf game, and, most importantly, spending time with his wife and two sons. He and his wife are active fans of their sons’ sports teams and can be found cheering them on throughout their seasons. Mike and his family reside in suburban Philadelphia.
