Michelle Childers joined SC&H in 2024 and brings 20+ years of experience developing and delivering HR solutions to workplaces. Providing fractional HR support, Michelle advises her clients on human resource programs and solutions to workplace issues using a hands-on, collaborative approach that balances business needs and employee interests.
As an HR leader, Michelle excels in talent acquisition, change management, performance management, training and development, total rewards, engagement, communication, risk management, and succession planning. She has successfully supported clients across diverse industries, including professional services, financial services, healthcare, non-profit, real estate and development, consumer products, and technology.
Michelle earned a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. She’s also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Outside of work, you can find Michelle cheering on her daughter’s travel soccer team.
