Michael Arabian, a Principal in SC&H Group’s Enterprise Advisory & Transformation practice, has been with the firm since 2015 and brings extensive experience in leading Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software deployments. He specializes in helping organizations modernize and streamline financial close and consolidation, account reconciliation, and financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and long-term scalability.
Michael supports clients by architecting future-ready solutions that advance financial transformation initiatives. His approach is rooted in collaboration, and he believes strongly in the value of a team-based model for achieving successful outcomes. By aligning technology with process optimization, he helps organizations strengthen financial operations and gain clearer visibility into performance.
Michael has worked with middle-market and Fortune 500 companies across many industries, with particular experience in healthcare, retail, and hospitality. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
