Lindsay Baublitz is a Principal in the SC&H Capital practice and focuses on business valuation, financial reporting, and sell-side merger and acquisitions advisory.
Her main area of expertise is in advising clients on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Lindsay specializes in providing business valuation services for ESOP transactions, annual ESOP updates, and ongoing ESOP administration.
Lindsay has worked on numerous ESOP engagements in a multitude of industries, and through each engagement she’s garnered invaluable experience advising these employee-owned organizations. Lindsay views each new engagement as an opportunity to increase her understanding of industry practices and the precise details of organizational management.
Lindsay graduated from Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with finance and marketing concentrations. She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers and is an active member of the ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership. Lindsay frequently speaks nationally and trains others about ESOP and valuation topics.
Outside of work, Lindsay has dedicated more than 13 years to serving Special Olympics and assists with the track and field events for the summer games annually. When she’s not helping clients, Lindsay enjoys spending her time with her husband, their son, and two dogs at their home in rural Pennsylvania.
