Lauren Jackson is a Principal in SC&H Group’s Enterprise Advisory & Transformation practice and has been with the firm since 2012, first joining as an intern before moving into a full-time role in early 2013. With more than a decade of experience, she specializes in guiding organizations through financial transformation and large-scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations that strengthen planning, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
In her role, Lauren supports clients by developing strategic roadmaps, designing data models, creating reporting strategies, and planning for effective data integration and governance. Her work ensures that financial and operational teams have the structure, clarity, and tools needed to manage information with confidence.
Lauren’s clients span a variety of industries, with significant experience in hospitality, government contracting, and manufacturing. She applies cross-industry best practices to help organizations improve performance and is deeply committed to developing people and teams. She finds great fulfillment in seeing team members grow in their roles and in helping clients unlock more time to analyze data, support their own staff, and achieve meaningful milestones.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stevenson University.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, cooking, discovering new places through their food, attending concerts and live sporting events, and watching travel and culinary shows. She values time with her husband and two sons, whether attending their sporting events, hiking, playing games, or enjoying time around a bonfire.
