As a Vice President with SC&H Capital, Joe advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and corporate divestitures.
He spends significant time representing founder and family-owned businesses on the sell-side, an area of investment banking that he finds particularly gratifying. Joe enjoys working with clients to learn about their business, understand its value proposition, and ultimately tailor a process that results in a highly successful outcome.
He has experience advising clients across a wide breadth of industries, including:

Joe earned his B.S. in Finance from the Lundquist College of Business Honors Program at the University of Oregon.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys watching the Oregon Ducks and L.A. Chargers, traveling, and spending time with his wife and their golden retriever.
Joe is a FINRA Registered Investment Banking Representative (Series 79 and 63).
