Jen Bien-Esrock is a CFO advisor in the SC&H Accounting practice where she provides strategic financial guidance and operational support to her clients. She brings 25+ years of diverse financial leadership, with a proven track record in technology, consulting, and logistics.
Jen is passionate about empowering clients by providing tailored solutions and acting as a strategic partner, particularly for those needing fractional CFO support. Her deep expertise encompasses optimizing financial operations, driving strategic growth, and navigating complex financial transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations.
She began her career in public accounting, providing audit and tax compliance services. She is a licensed CPA and holds a Master of Business Administration from Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Outside of the office, Jen enjoys an active lifestyle playing pickleball and hiking with her husband. She also loves to travel to warm destinations and explore new restaurants. Jen volunteers her time assisting at local pickleball tournaments. Additionally, she crews for hot-air balloon pilots, having started thanks to her late father, a former hot-air balloon pilot.
