As a Principal in SC&H Group’s Affordable Housing practice, Jeffrey Kleeman has over 40 years of expertise navigating Low-Income Housing tax credits, tax-exempt bond financing, contractor’s and mortgagor’s cost certifications, HUD program compliance, and commercial real estate accounting.
Jeffrey is passionate about his ability to help his clients get a great return on their business investment. Additionally, he values time spent showing his clients the complete financial picture to set long-term goals that could present opportunities to retire sooner than expected.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and the Housing Association for Nonprofit Developers. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Maryland, Jeffrey is also certified in Virginia, D.C., Nevada, and South Carolina.
Outside of time spent in the office, Jeffrey enjoys time spent with his grandchildren and cheering on the Ravens and Capitals. Additionally, he enjoys playing the piano, reading, and time spent walking and exercising too.
