Haresh Raithatha is a Principal in SC&H’s Technology Advisory practice, bringing more than 25 years of manufacturing and operational leadership experience to his work with clients. He advises organizations across the manufacturing, distribution, and professional services sectors on ERP selection, implementation, and optimization, helping them align technology strategy with the realities of their operations.
Haresh’s depth of experience is rare: he has held COO and VP of Operations roles, led global ERP delivery at a NetSuite implementation partner, and driven Lean and Six Sigma transformations across complex manufacturing environments. He has overseen enterprise technology implementations that delivered real-time visibility and measurably improved decision-making, managed supply chain and logistics operations, and guided companies through M&A activity and post-merger integration. His track record includes significant reductions in labor costs, measurable gains in production efficiency, and about 40% improvement in EBITDA across client engagements throughout his career.
What sets Haresh apart is his practitioner’s perspective. He has sat in the operational seat, which means he understands not just the technology, but the people, processes, and organizational dynamics that determine whether an implementation succeeds or stalls.
Haresh holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. B.A. University in Maharashtra, India.
Outside of work, Haresh is deeply committed to strengthening the manufacturing community in Maryland. He currently serves on the board of Maryland World Class Consortia and has previously contributed to workforce and manufacturing education initiatives across the region, including board roles with workforce development organizations and manufacturing advisory boards at local community colleges such as Carroll Community College and CCBC Baltimore. He was recognized as a Champion of Manufacturing by the Regional Manufacturing Institute of Maryland in 2018.
