Frank Paolantonio is a Vice President in the SC&H Capital practice with more than 10 years of experience, including four with the firm. Frank advises clients on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), providing business valuation services for ESOP transactions, annual ESOP updates, and ongoing ESOP administration.
In his role, Frank works with clients across a variety of industries, helping them navigate the complexities of ESOP-related valuations and updates. His work guides clients through every stage of their ESOP journey, ensuring accuracy and insight in each engagement.
Passionate about building lasting relationships, Frank finds fulfillment in seeing his clients’ businesses grow and evolve. He enjoys the variety that comes with each engagement, as every client and transaction presents new challenges and opportunities to learn.
Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics from the University of Pittsburgh and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Outside of work, Frank lives in downtown Washington, D.C., where he enjoys exploring the city, traveling, cycling, and taking his dog on hikes with his wife.
