As a Controller at SC&H Group, Andrea provides broad-based outsourced accounting services to clients including transaction processing, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and financial management. She originally started with the firm in 2003, specializing in personal property tax compliance and consulting, and joined our Accounting Solutions practice in October of 2021.
Andrea excels at quickly integrating new ideas and processes which allows her to strategically advise clients on all financial matters and assist with the implementation of standard accounting processes and procedures that enable clients to maximize efficiencies in managing daily transactions. She also manages the implementation and ongoing support of QuickBooks Online for new clients.
Andrea graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and is a CPA licensed to practice in Maryland. She began her career as an auditor with a large international accounting firm and has 17 years of experience in the private sector providing corporate accounting services within the manufacturing, asset management, legal services, and telecommunications industries.
In her free time, Andrea and her husband travel the United States in their RV with their two daughters and German Shephard. When not relaxing by the campfire, you can find them hiking, biking, or exploring the National Parks—their favorites (so far) are Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Rocky Mountain.
