Summary

In a work environment drastically changed by a global pandemic that left the majority of businesses operating remotely, many leaders are struggling to innovate quickly enough to retain, attract, and satisfy talent based on new employee demands. These include but are not limited to things like addressing:

  • Childcare needs
  • Corporate values aligned with personal values
  • Remote work policies
  • Employee perks, benefits, and incentive programs

Covid-19 created the space for individuals to reevaluate what’s most important to them professionally (and personally) and that included their ideal work environment. According to a study by Growmotely, 97% of employees do not want to return to the office full time. With some form of remote work now viewed as the standard, leaders must find a way to turn the latest disruptions into opportunities that get their people to stay.

Organizations that find these solutions will be at the forefront of their industries.
